can anyone tell me if good quality mudflaps are available to fit a seicento sporting 2002 front and rear.

I believe there were some FIAT ones that were in the accessories catalogue, or you can just get some from OMP or similar and cut them to size.

Thanks for that I have found some at extreme auto accessories I'll see how I get on with those.
