Hey. I have a rear end noise when im driving around in my car. It is like a banging sort of sound when i go over anything that is slightly rough in the road, be it a grate or a rock. does anyone know what this might be and what it might cost me to get it fixed or if i will be able to do it myself?

I need some Cinq sun visors, if anyone has any please e-mail me or PM me!

could be a wheel bearing, suspension bush, or faulty shock

something under the spare wheel, maybe the plastic 3rd light cover is loose like mine is

sounds like the main bush in the suspension arm/wishbone! this happened to me when i bought my cinq! seemingly this is a very common fault on cinqs and older punto's,i had to replace the whole arm as you cant buy the bush seperatly but since i done that i'm sure (99%) that someone posted a site that sells the bushes seperatly! hopefully they'll read this and post it up again!!

WHEN THIS BABY HIT'S 88...YOUR GONNA SEE SOME SERIOUS s**t!

Mine is doing the same thing. Put it up on ramps aint no bushes for me thank god. Just the rear box hitting the bottom of the spare wheel tray. Sounded well like a susp bush too me too.

Hmmmm....mine always makes a "thump" over every bloody crack/bump on our lovely British roads!

I think its normal as the ride seems pretty firm all round. At least I hope its normal[?]

Wish I could work out what the annoying "chirping/creaky" plastic sound is that happens occasionally whilst driving.
