Does anyone know how you remove the rear quarter windows on a Seicento without breaking them? I've tried but so far have been unable to do so without risking cracking the glass.

just have 2 peeps one to lift the rubber from inside whilst other person is applying pressure carefully with their foot, eventually work your way around and itll pop out but dont apply to much pressure or youll pop the glass and be careful not to let the glass drop out

So that's how you got them out to put the tint on? Maybe you should have given me a demonstration when I got the car.

na i didnt tint them windows on that one, i didnt do any mods to that car when i had it as it was just a doner/get around car if i had tinted the glass it would have been minters, its a scary process at getting the glass out it does flex a bit when doing but just dont push them too hard, just lay down on your back on the back seat and push your foot in the corners and have a mate lift the rubber up from inside (kind of a game of twister lol) once its lesting on the rubber bit on the corner work way down again and repaeat eventually itll come out just dont make the mistake i done on mine onece and push bit too hard and the glass just fell out the other side and smashed :(

gaz, what bit of the rubber are you pulling back, the side that holds the glass in or the side that holds the rubber to the body work?

kritip, not going to be doing much to this car, just tidy it up a bit, solve the rubbing issues. Beyond that probably relock the boot and reinstall the rear wiper system. I'm just wanting to get rid of the tints on the rear quarter windows as they are starting to annoy me.

fair do's, and good luck getting the tints off :) . I removed my tints that had been on less than a day, and it was a PITA. Took an hour of scrubbing in the bath tub to get the adhesive off. Tried petrol, iso, etc. But warm soapy water and a scrubber was the only thing that worked for me.

Actually ripping the film off was nice and easy though :)
