hey im a little upset today to find that my wipers are now stuttering more than gareth gates ! has anybody else had this issue and is it easily resolved?

Ok explain the symptoms more, just the rubber's bouncing or the whole wiper mechanism? Rubbers- get new blades, whole wiper arms, looks like the bearings need freeing up then giving a good tightening before they start twisting the scuttle panel, a common area for rust due to this twisting motion.
