Whats the fastest you've got ur cars?
So far ive only managed to get my standard MPI Sporting to 98mph

Must be broken 116 and once 120 on a Cinq sporting Spi.

These private test tracks with long straights don't interest me. I get more excited about overall lap times, including the twiddly bits.

Mine isnt and ive pissed all over your top speed

I've seen 6,000 rpm on the tacho on my stock SPi Cinq sporting in fifth on my straight downhill private test track.

AAAAARRRGGGHHH double post, how embarrassing. A bit like dribbling onto your foot in a pi55ing contest only worse. Oh alright then 110 and 0-60 in 8.5sec.

Speedos are that inaccurate after about 80mph (usually at least 6mph out - can't remember the exact equation now). Best way to compare is what yours reads on the rev counter. Mines bounced off it in 5th and it was waaay off the Speedo. When the car was standard, it did a shade under an indicated 120mph.

Well mine doesn't have that exhaust system either, my tyres are hardly ever above 25psi oh and the engines about to drop onto the floor

Got it to 106 on the speedo going down the m6 towards coventry the other night. It was just over 5k on the rev counter

It was funny because my sunroof has a little leak so when i got above 100 my roof started whistling at me lmao!

I do hope the police aren't monitoring this forum.

My less than stock Sei was laser trapped at 103mph and seen 106~108 and still accelerating on the speedo which equates to 113~116mph if the speedo stays consistently out. And yes this was on a real track...

i hade my punto mk2 1.2 elx 16v 115mph slight hill
