I'm just thinking about chaging my exhaust to a stainless steel twin exit but of course there is the problem of cutting the bumper and if there is any space undeath to do this, does anyone know if it is possible and if there is any company around Southampton/Hampshire that will do it for me?

What sort of exit are you looking at? centre exit? side exit? duplex system?

If you are prepared to travel, MIJ performance in Birmingham come recommended. They will custom make the exhaust for you and do all the cuttings in the price. It is a more expensive purchase than an off the shelf system.

You maybe best having a root threough your local yellow pages and ringing around a couple of places, as price can vary throughout the country

Look up Stealth Systems in Southampton, come very highly recomended in integrale circles, but work on all cars.
