my radiator has taken a bashing from stones etc with it being located where it is and the fins are looking worse for wear, losing some coolant (approx from max to min about every 2 months). I now have some mesh in front which will offer some protection. Decided its time to put the old one out of its misery and buy a new one.

I have a 1999 1.1 abarth sei.

What are the aluminium ones like. I've seen a fair few on ebay and they look reasonably priced.

are 0.9 and 1.1 radiators interchangeable?

are seicento and cinquecento radiators interchangeable?

and does SPi and MPi make a difference?

Kind Regards

lol. at least you MPi owners have had a reduction in your car tax:eek:

In Jan mine was £125 :S I thought the older car that worked on the engine size rather ran CO2 were cheaper?

I did have a link to a UK rad supplier that were about £45 delivered, about the same price as eBay and you prob get better returns/support etc...sadly i can't hunt the link right at the mo. If I find it, I'll let ya know if interested.

Yeah Mpi rad is slightly bigger so if cooling a problem it may be worthwhile fitting one of those as has a few extra rows on it from what I can see in comparing them side by side, not had the MPi one off so can't say for sure.

Aaron.

PS yes newer MPi Sei are dearer to insure £125 a year instead of £110 on Cinqs etc
