can you buy something or does anyone know how to changed the shaped of a bumper by moulding something onto it like bodyfiller but for plasic! so i can customize a bumper or is there any companies which will do this for me ?

Fibreglass? Awful stuff to sand, but moulding it is fairy easy.

Try with filler and fibreglass...problem is neither is that flexible than the original plastic...you need one of those plastic welding things to build up the areas, then cut it off..
