Is there a possibility to fit a bigger brake booster on my cinq?

I have some problems with my legs and I want to stop the car with less brakepedalpressure.

I already did a brake upgrade. Punto GT calipers. Sandtler RS disks (257mm) Ferodo DS 2500 Blocks and OMP metal brakehoses.

Servo.

The E-N dictonary says Servo or Brake Booster.

I really need a Dutch-English Dictonary for this kind of words.

Someone said to me that from a panda was bigger than mine but I really want to know it for sure before I'm gonna try this.

I rather want to have one from a punto than from a Panda(n)

Changing the master cylinder is a big job, end of story. This is a simple hydraulics equation in that the amount of fluid required to move the brake pad is determined by the size of the pistons in the calipers and this should be matched to the master cylinder size.

The OP was talking about decreasing the amount of pressure on his, injured, legs. This is where the servo comes in. It is a simple vacuum device that sits between the master cylinder and pedal and provides assistance to the brake pedal effort. With care, and remember that the OP has a direct operating servo, it should be possible to loosen the pipes and move the master cylinder forward out of the way of the servo, then remove the servo from the bulkhead, before inserting another servo.

My rallycing does not have a servo at all.

No servo, are you using a different pedal box? or a different master cylinder? This would help me solve a problem being able to get rid of the servo, not to mention weight.

Twin master cylinders with balance bar, and the braking split front to rear, not diagonally.

As custard says, check the gallery.

But can I use a servo from another fiat? Like a punto 55,60,75,85 or GT or are they the same?

My moms new panda has the same size of brakes at the front as cinqs standard have but it brakes a lot harder with less pedal pressure.

Thanks D, thats an impressive bit of fabrication, what pedal are you using to actuate with? Have you modified the standard pedal?
