General a cure for rust?

by any chance does anyone no how to stop rust and how to get rid of it?

as ive got it in my wheel arches and im wanting to stop it before it causes to much damaged that new plates need to be welded on and all that.

also how do you get a rear bumper off a cinq sporting?

and rust well the nly true solution is fresh metal

You can prevent it happening with underseal and galvanisation, but you have to keep renewing it as it wears away.

you cant cure it, but you can slow it down, clean off as much as you can with an eletric wire brush, then apply a rust eater, then a zinc paint

yup, once its started you will never get rid of it unless you replace that section of metal. and even then it will probably come back.

As said, you can only slow it down and temporarily prevent it, but if you forget about it ital return!

grind back as much of the rust as you can to bear metal. then apply some hammerite krust. then antirust primer over the top and apply the top coat. should do the job nicely
