I was showing my friends dad the Cinq tonight and he told me something rather interesting about when he used to work in london he used to see black lads driing round in Cinqs with big arches and big wheels (probably 15s) tints and big I.C.E. Just wondered if anybody had seen similar or has pictures of these?

Modded cinqs in london? I do notice the odd few but generaly you see mostly old women or young girlies driving them.

Did see one the other week with 15s and a stupid exhaust but it was a pile of crap and the bodywork was in dire need of repair.

London isnt the cinq modding capital of the world. London people tend to mod more puntos, saxos, jap things etc. just like the rest of the country.

i have seen a few, i used to live in london, moved away last year. i have seen a group of them cruising around, some on 15"s personaly i think here too big for the little car! you must loose so much top end and acceleration, i loose enough and i have 14in with 195 tyres.

This is going back about 10 years, probably longer because when I moved up here 8 years ago, he'd managed to find a job back up north.

anyway, seeing a modded cinq / sei is like spotting a needle in a haystack anywhere in the country, let alone london.

i've seen one really ultra poor sei around these ways and one half decent cinq, and i'm 10 mins from central london.

Cinqs apparently a girly car according to my friends, but they dream of saxos and corsas so I tell them to get real! It wasn't saying Cinqs a whiteys car, its a car for all nationalitys, colours, ethnicitys and sexes :thumbs:

you have gotta have some balls to drive around in a cinq / sei, even more so if it's modded.

sadly that's one of the reasons i chose to get rid of my sei in the end, a constant barage of abuse from locals
