just washed the car and noticed the front tyres won't be long before they need to be replaced

Now the decision point I'm running std cinq sporting alloys currently with 165/55s so........

Do I replace the tyres with 175/50's (that would meen odd sizes front and back for a bit)

or

I could swap the tyres front to back? swapping them front to back would either mean that I change all 4 for 175/50's at some time in the near future or it could give me time to save up and find some 14" wheels and tyre's.

I am not a speed man but I do like acceleration so I am thinking of sticking with the 13"

Any advice?
