hello i have a mpi fuel injection complete but only the 38mn t b is on my 1108
head manifold
i want to swap a complete 75 mpi head on my 1108 engine to fit my mpi manifold complete with 04 fuel injector an 38 tb
i change naturly the ecu and go to 01 fuel injector to 04 fuel injector.....
if its possible can i want to now wath for head gasked used 1242 or 1108
compression ratio is not the same

You can run the 75 head with the 4 injectors on the 1108 SPI ECU (this is what I assume you have). The injectors can be easily wired into the loom.

The head gasket should come from the 1108.
