You could always make your own.....I Did for my Scirocco, but you can do them for any vehicle.
All i did was..........
1) Get an old display from the scrapper, dismantle it
, This saves you damaging yours. After this you can take yours out ready for the finished product.
2) Scan the dials in, Don't forget most Scanners now come with some decent OCR software therefore allowing you to change the font in which you can change numbers and lettering on the dials. So you can have loads of fun at this point!
3) Once you're happy, do a test run on normal paper, still happy then print them on some good quality paper 120gms or 160gms Gloss or Matt Paper (not so flimsy either) , again most printers are good enough quality for this, if it can print decent photos then it can print dials.
4) Laminate it, you can buy theses fairly cheap now, less than £50, again you have a choice of Gloss or Matt finish on the wallets. Personally I prefer to use Matt as it doesn't reflect so much
5) Thin double sided tape on the back of the new dials.
6) Very carefully cut out the Mileage, Trip mileage and any other LED's holes etc, that need to be seem. a Scalpal is excellent but be very careful, An adult at this point might be handy.
7) Cut a line from where the pointers are on the Speedo. Rev Counter, Coolant and Fuel etc, this will save you pulling the pointers off and risking damage, unless you're confident.
8) Dummy run the dials over the original display and adjust/cut any last minute areas, once you take the tape off, thats it! They're Stuck!
9) Dismantle your Original one from your car, unless the scrapped one has exactly the same mileage.
9) Tape off and apply evenly over the original dials, Careful not to get any air bubbles.
10) Depending on your choice of colours for your dials you may need to paint your pointer / needle.
11) Re-assemble your display and put back into your car!
I might have to try this sometime, just to see if it works for the Cinquencento, not sure if the Cinquecento is back lit through the dials or not, then it might be a bit awkward. The Scirocco is top lit with 2 Cluster bulbs and 1 Cluster bulb that shows Fuel / Coolant and Clock.
From looking at the Haynes manual on the Cinquecento, it should be a lot easier to do than the Scirocco.
But it can be done and here it is!
Here's one that I did for my Scirocco.
