...and a difficult job it was! taking the "pod" off was the biggest problem. eventually found all the screws and bolts. Disconnected the speedo cable, smeared it with vaseline and sprayed on WD40 and waited for it to soak in. No more ticking noise or juddery needle Also the speed seems to be read more accurately now. Before when it read 60 it only felt like I was driving at 50! Anyway, if anyone needs help taking off the pod, just ask.
