I need everyone help!![?]
i have had my car lowered for a while on PI springs and standard shocks! for a few months now and i have had the rear arches rolled.
i have just fitted some PI shocks on. :D
The drives side has dropped a lot lower than it was but the passengers has stayed about the same.
It plastic arch think on the front is now catchin on my wheels now (i got 15" alloys!!) and it catches really bad on full lock no matter which way i turn.;)
how do i remove the plastic bit and will i need my arches rolled at the front?
Why is one side lower i can only just fit one finger in on drivers side!! (Not complaining because looks well cool and low)
we have cut the bump stops in half on the front aswell but me made sure they are the same length!!
hope someone can help cos it catches when turning corners and hittin bumps and need to get it sorted asap

TIA

Yeah they do kill the acceleration but not as much as i first thought down the drag strip i got 19secs with a full tank of petrol!! and FIXIT got 17 (i think) wi his 1242 so it doesnt kill the speed too much. Is there a lip on the front arch like on the rear ones cos if there is im going to have to get that rolled aswell[V]

ye theres a lip but i would take out the liner first and see how it goes.oh and remember to underseal the wheelarches or you will end up with some non voluntary cinq lightening as your strut pops through the suspension turret after a UK winter;)

Hi, my sei is lowered 35mm on Apex springs and since ive put my 14" wheels on, the drivers side is about 1 to 1 and a half inches lower than the passenger side and it scuffs loads too when cornering. its doing my head in!![:(!]

Red limited edition Sei sporting abarth,lowered35mm,janspeed exhaust,strutbrace,tints,graphics,induction kit,rally mudflaps,neons,lge spec ice,full bodykit,etech spoiler,14 momo alloys,custom no.plate,de badged at rear,abarth badges, smoked front/side indicators,twin headlights,pedal extentions,wheel spacers, front splitters

It would be a good idea to check the level of the 'chassis'

Find a completely flat surface, or as close as you can get, and check the height of the front lower suspension mount from the ground. This will give a much more accurate idea of how out the springs are. Also do the same at the rear. Use a point on the cross beam. If a rear spring has turned in its cup, it will sit a bit higher, with the effect of the opposite side front being lower.

Cheers
