Hi chaps,

I've noticed in the last week my car (2001 Sei Sporting Schumacher) on some rough or broken tarmac roads theres a slight knocking noise from the back.

Its really quiet though and I'm thinking its because a) its cold b) not always a good road surface.

The handbrake stuck on the other week in the cold weather when I had'nt used it for 5 days. Seems okay now though. Could it be linked?

i was under my cinq the other day looking for the cause of an intermittant knock in the rear sus" and fearing the worst i found a stick caught in the spring so u never know its worth just having a look under the back to see if anything is loose or obvously broken like a spring etc

2001 is a bit new for the common things, like shox and bushes. Worth checking though. Isn't something daft like a loose exhaust or something in the boot, is it?

They are quite a firm ride though....mind you compared to my Mini..........
