Hey Peeps,

I have a seicento sporting, and it doesn't have a temperature guage on it. Do you know how it tells u that the temp is ok or too high?

is there any easy way of fitting a temp gauge?

cheers

Seicento Sportin... Maybe i'll get it off the drive... one day... maybe

i was under the impression that it was only base model cinqs that lacked a temperature gauage - i thought the same would be true with the sei.. so a sporting should have one.

Is there not a light that lights when you are overheating? check your dash for any bits that light that you've never seen on!

Cinq Sporting - and yes, its broom yellow!

There's an overheating warning light, no Seis have a temp gauge fitted as standard. All you have to do on an SPI sei is buy a gauge and fit it, putting the sender in place of the standard switch. If you have the MPI one, the tapping is blanked off on the head - not sure if it's plugged or hasn't been drilled though.

If you buy a gauge, I'd recommend electric ones over mechanical capiliary gauges any day.

Pete.
