how much do you think it will cost to get my clutch cable changed?any ideas?

£12.99 plus the cost of a 10mm spanner.

Dead easy to do yourself, just dont try to reuse the little split pin thing in the cabin, use a paperclip instead and just bend it so it aint going anywhere. That'll save you about 20 mins of fiddling.

There's a guide on here, and a haynes manual will help

u no how much ruffly it would cost an where would i find the guide on here?

um havent costs aleady been covered?

no real need for a guide. cable connects to a rod in the passenger footwell.
just unbolt the metal cover.
in the engine bay theres 1 or 2 10mm bolts that hold the cable to the bulkhead.
cable has a nut and lock nut arrangement. measure the amount of thread showing on the old one to help set up the new one.
pretty obvious where it all goes once you see the new cable

is there a hanyes manual typer thing on here some where?

just asking if there was a gudie i could follow an have a bash my self dont i have to do any think underneath the car???

When my clutch cable went it cost 12.99 for the cable but the rest of the charges were labour which gave a grand total of 80 quid!

Thats a guide for you if you went to an independent garage!
