Hi Guys

I have the brake light always on on my dashboard after changing the drum brakes shoes ans wheel cylinders.. I did indeed tighten the Emergency Brake up to 2-3 ratchets and purged the wheel cylinders after changing them and top up the brake oil with dot 4 up to almost up..

On the book it says the symbol means or low brake oil or Emergency brake ON (but in this case the E-Brake is all the way down)

What do you guys think the reason of the light? To tight E-Brake or needs more DOT 4 or something to do with sensors on the reservoir?

The sensor in the cap is a Float ;)

Remove the cap..turn it over 'inverted / upsidedown'

So the float is above the cap.. like a balloon ;) it should sink to the OFF position of the switch

In UK english we call it the Handbrake..or Parking Brake ;)

Main brake is a FootBrake..or service brake
