I have a wire dangling next to nearside headlamp. I cannot see anything near it it connects to.
I also spotted a disconnected cable under the car (also nearside) which I re-connected but I don't know what it is for. There is a grey cylinder next to it.

Any ideas?

As far as the one by the headlight goes I can confirm that my Sporting is the same.

Could it be for the electric adjusters that some had?

They're for the electric headlight motors
