Hey guys!
My left turn signal was clicking very fast so after inspection I found out that the front light bulb was dead. Got a new one and tried to replace it. I turned the key to the first scale and turned on the left turn signal and replaced the bulb. Unfortunately the two cables that connect to the bulb were touching together and they somehow shorted the circuit. After the shorting the turn signal stopped and everything in the front panel was not working (gas meter, the clock, and all the indicators) neither the turn signals or the hazard lights. The only thing that's working is the head lights and the radio. Nothing else.
I have checked all the fuses and they were ok. I also unplugged the positive end of the battery and then connected it back in.
The car starts normal but nothing is fixed.

What do you think is wrong here guys? Have I fried the ECU?
