Technical Sei sporting fifth gear problem

I think the gear selector linkage has gone out of adjustment.
I cant get fifth gear without lifting the reverse lever under the gearstick knob.
Otherwise the box is fine in all other gears.
Having no info, I wonder if its a simple procedure to tweak the linkages to
sort this problem out without mucking everything up

If it is the gear selector it is not a hard proceedure and is not an expensive fix
