Hi Guys

As the title says i need to access the fuel pump on my Seicento MPI, can i only do it from the top underneath the rear seat or can i drop all the whole tank and do it from there.

The reason is i will struggle to do it from the top

You can drop the tank down, but it is far easier through the designated access in the floor. Why do you think you will struggle from the top?

It's a little fiddly, but definitely not a hard job unless you have massive yeti hands!

Moving the subs out of the way will be A LOT easier than dropping the tank.

Then go ahead and drop the tank...
But I think that will be tricky without also having access from the top, so you’ll end up moving the subs anyway...

I'm with David-

You might have a line-up problem with the pump relative to the access hole above, but if you free the tank off (a bit) from below; you should be able to match the part and the hole.

I can't see how you'd disconnect the electrical, and fuel send & return lines, without access from above...
