General 8v/16v coil packs

Is there any difference between cinquecento 8v coil packs and 16v swap ones?

That look identical?

I had a new set of coil packs on my 1.1 8v engine and did the 1.4 16v swap in my cinq. The new 1.4 ran with a misfire so I swapped the coil packs off the 8v which looked identical. The 1.4 ran a lot better but now has the injector light on with these 8v coil packs. I swap back to the original and the light goes out but the misfire is back. What is the 1.4 16v engine out of to order the correct coil packs? There must be some difference if it’s causing the light to come on but run better?

The 1.4 16v was fitted to the Panda 100 and the Punto Sporting (even the Punto GP).

Although the Punto made a few less BHP than the Panda, I'd guess it has the same coils.
