I have a 2002 1108cc Seicento, and for at least two years it has been slowly losing coolant. This has been noticeable only by a ca. 1mm/month drop in the coolant level at the filler tank reservoir. There is no sign of any head gasket issues, and I replaced the water pump a couple of years ago.
Recently I have started noticing that there has been some leakage from both of the bleed hoses (only very small drips), which both have tightly fitted caps. I also noticed this weekend that both bottom corners of the radiator have very very small patches of pink-coloured crystalline material = coolant leak. I was going to change the radiator but because of the drips from both bleed hose ends I wondered whether this was something deeper related to pressure build-up in the coolant system. Can anyone offer any advise please?

I'd replace the rad anyway. If you don't know the history it might be silted up too.

Replace the O rings on the bleeders and see how you go.
