When Fiat put the official 14" wheels onto the Seicento Abarth, does anyone know if the speedo reading was adjusted at the factory to be different from the standard 13" wheels? I put the wheel/tyre size differences into a calculator and it says the difference is too much between the two setups, including standard size tyres!

Just wondering, as considering fitting 14" wheels onto my Cinq.
 
The speedo on my cinq with standart 13s was reading way under comared to the speed showed on the sat nav. When I put 14s from sei abarth the speedo reading was within 1-2 km from the satnav reading so it pretty much made it more accurate than it used to be

It's normal for a car to read 4-5mph/kph under they are calibrated that way insure your not going faster then you actually are even with very worn tires ect
