A few days I decided to get my car on a dyno to get the ignition and AFR on the whole map right. And today was the day.

The area in lower revs was very bad but the higer revs where ok.
At the first test run the car delivered 118WHP and 160 (wheel)Nm Torque.

After a while the big bumps were gone and they could set the ignition.
He stepped on the throttle and I gave in the right values.
The ignition settings didn't have a large effect on the end power, only on the lower revs, just like the AFR settings.
The Ignition on FT is about 10 degrees retarded and the Exhaust temp is about 60 degrees lower.

It ended up with
121 WHP and 178 Nm torque and that equil to 140BHP and about 205Nm Torque. @ near 1 bar, 14,5 PSI

The line is quite flat after 5000rpm and I think there is a little flow problem above this revs. So I need some mods and go to the 150 WHP or more.

I don't have the last runs on the compu yet. They will send them by email.
This should be a graph before and after the dynoruns.
The car drove about 40km on the dyno:D

Have you thought of getting a 40mm TB for the 1242cc?
That will def. get the flow better and maybe push you over you 150 limit :)

What pistons do you use? and what head gasket?
Also do you know how many PSI your compression ratio is?

God result and nice work (y)

Cheers
Tricker

yes maybe I want to put a 40mm TB on. Now it is a 32mm gas flowed TB

Spesso Racing Headgasket 1.9mm
And JE-Pistons Pistons
CR 7.7:1
The rest I don't know. Tried to calculate it for once but don't know how to....
Compression underboost.

Boost is near 1 bar, 14.5 PSI.

There are a few restrictions, I know. But I'm working on it.

Finaly I've get my dyno plot.

High lines are torque before and after. The low lines are WHP's

As you can see the area above 4500 drops the torque and a little dip in the power. I Think this is caused by a restriction.

Today I gaved my 30mm TB to the local engine revision...or how do you call that (give engines a new life/restore) And he will try to make it a 40mm TB.

:worship: im getting a bigger tb very soon too, and my new manifold should be here any min now (friend is bringing up.. alex22 you are a legend of the highest calibre :worship: ) and van aaken have done a few small tweeks to it too :D and then i must just spend my money on getting my smoors fitted i think :p
