One of the rear brakes on my seicento seems to have seized (brake shoes still rubbing when wheel turns).
Can anyone tell me what this could be is it the wheel cylinder/caliper knackered?
Also what sort of cost am I looking at for parts and labour in this area?
Any help much appreciated.

Possible a seized handbrake cable or seized actuator, unlikely to be a cylinder.

About an hour plus parts.

No I have had no luck with my Sei!!! Seems to be one thing after another.
For those few times when it works ok its a pleasure to drive!

Can anyone give me any idea of the sort of cost I could be looking at for work including the amount to pay out for the parts?

Its impossible to be any more accurate with the price you will be expected to pay, because:-

1) Nobody knows what parts will be required until the job is stripped and assesed.

2) Your profile does not indicate from where you come, so take your local labour rate, be it in dollars, euros, sheckels or even pounds sterling and mutiply by about... er 1.

Cheers
