EU taillight have the reverse light on the right side and UK on the left side
and the EU fog lights are on left side, and UK on the right side...

if you have an UK & EU taillight with fog lights you can cut stock brake light wires and made him fog light wires so you have the brake lights on the inside
(then you lost your reverse light)

you could do the same with the reverse light
(then you lost your fog light)

but could someone send me a original carello right tail light form the UK to me?
i have one but isn't very nice...
if someone in the UK want to buy ore exchange lights i have many EU lights

(Sorry for my Englisch)

I would do that the other way round and have an EU right tail light lens so both sides were clear. Then use a red LED bulb for the fog and white for reverse.

It's a trick I use with MX5/Eunos cars. I don't like the afterthought fog light cut and stuck to the bumper so I take the fog light loom and plumb it into the drivers side reverse.

I have the same bulb in my Cinquecento now...

I don't know about the EU but the fog light does not have to have a red lens in the UK but it has to emit red light. ;)

Fog lights and reverse lights have different light pattern requirements. Fog lights are +- 25 deg laterally and +-5 deg vertically reversing lights have no restrictions. This means if you use a reversing light as a fog light you will dazzle other road users. This (and use of LED "bulbs") means the modification is not road legal in most countries.
