Evening guys, thought you lot would find this hilarious like the women I spoke to today.

Well as things were going, I thought I'd see about insurance prices for the mighty little Sei.

The image was the outcome from last nights search which infuriated me and made me double think about the decision:mad::cry:.

But on the way to work this morning, I had the wonderful thought to ring my previous insurer up. Bearing in mind on both, all modifications were declared as well as 4 years ncb, 6 points and my correct job title, they came back after being on the phone for close to 45 minutes through my lunch with the glorious sum of around £570.

Still a kick in the teeth, but when I get some cash back after cancelling my other cars policy, I shouldn't have to fork out quite so much

Ha Hah Ha. These people are total jokers. What did you do? Declare multiple convictions for dangerous and wreckless driving and a job title of Ram Raider with spare time activities of road racing in children's playgrounds.

I would expect to pay less for insuring a jumbo jet for low level bombing raids in Afghanistan for that amount of money.

I hope you have some sensible quotes as well!

Cheers for everyone's ideas, I will admit that I used the comparison site as a laugh to see what they would say. Thought I'd give everyone an update on where I'm at, at the mo.

Well after some more phone calls the other day, she is now insured and taxed and being driven (carefully I may add as there are 1 or 2 niggles that need sorting).

I ended up cancelling the insurance policy that I had taken out on the Golf and to my utter surprise, the sum I was reimbursed was enough to pay for the insurance on the Sei as well as the majority of the tax as well.

I ended up with a sister company of Adrian Flux, but somewhere along the lines I have managed to loose a years no claims, possibly my first years as i don't think it was taken in to account on my second one. Who knows and at this point I don't care, I''m on the road again terrorising the local old people.
