Well, my car is looking FLUCKING AWESOME, its currently got a completely modified aftermarket front bumper, originally off a paxo, debadged all round, rear wiper has been removed and a full body respray in. . .

reflex charcoal (see attachment) (no thats not my car)

rear bumper is now smoother than a very smooth thing, total car valet, every inch is gleaming and its getting some new plates as well.

Now the front bumper originally had a space for a normal plate, but as it had a section removed it doesnt, so I'm fitting a square plate (all legal spacing) to the front.

Is that legal for a car? I know people that have got it, but is it actually allowed?

Pics will be up sat in about every section that I can fit them into!!!

A square number plate is perfectly legal, some older cars came with them as standard, I know my MK1 XR2 did.

I also run a square plate on my integrale, although this is a motorbike sized plate with smaller motorbike sized letters which strictly speaking is illegal, but in nearly 3 years its passed all MOT's and never had even a hint of a question from the constabulary!

The plate on my new cinq is far from legal so I have a bike plate in the boot but hopefully getting a private plate at x-mas so see what suits it best then :D
