Right thought I would put all my progress reports and piccy's all in the same post

Basically take one car that looks like this:

CSC manifold trial fitting...

Not enough clearance on the sump spacer needed :bang:




Next stage cleaning and spraying engine..

For now the whole thing in black

Toying with the idea of painting red...

- Coil Pack plate
- Alternator pulley
- Water pipe
- Maybe sump

Just sprayed Rocker cover to see what it would look like btw will be a chrome one with chromed Map sensor plate and ECU cover with all red hoses....

Next step go get a Spacer machined up and order all my gaskets

I`ve seen that car in the flesh it`s well sweet,but how tacky has chubbs made it look covering it in stickers and fitting the smaller wheels?
Please get the hair dryer out and remove all the stickers(he`s even put them on the headlights )
Nice purchase Jamie i know you`ll make it go as good as it looks,(unless another italian car you haven`t already got comes up for sale near you )

replacing petrol filler flap with it , or replacing filler flap with something other than what it is now

bring it back to its former glory jamie

remove stickers off the car and replace them with big ff ones. or little ones if you in denial

Sorry but will remove every sticker that is on there but will have a FF on each rear window and a Wiltshirecruise one and that's it

can i not interest you in a big red one

back to your original question though , paint everything in your list red apart from the big round things (excellent technical knowledge) , wont they run the risk of making the belt slip if they shiney and coated

Just going to paint the outside will mask off the other bits

i had visions of you just spraying the whole lot, like the pics of them brake disks and calipers that have done the rounds on the forums

until i seen them pics i would of most probably done the same

Yeah need some 14's some prob getting some Platin P16's with polished lip

Yep if it doesn't move then spray it

*Quick Update*

Spacer for manifold is being hand crafted (I sh!t you not ) as we speak

Costing me a fair amount bet hey ho what doesn't

Will get pics when I have it in my grubby mits
