The attached link and the picture shown is a Fuel Filter. Not a Oil Filter.
Do you want to change the oil filter or the fuel filter?

Oh I'm sorry. I meant indeed a fuel filter

You may/should be able to do it without special tools.
It can be fiddley and be aware there maybe be some fuel pressure in the line.
Generally each pipe should have a collar in it and as long as nothing is seized the normal way to remove the pipes is..
Leave the filter mounted on the car. Push the pipe into the filter then still with pressure pushing the pipe toward the filter push the small internal collar on the pipe away from the filter. Once this collar moves into the pipe pull the pipe off the filter. Same each side. Then just unbolt it from its mounting points. Bolt the new filter in place.
Slide the pipes back on and make sure the collars the slide away from the pipe, normally the should do this anyway. Obviously makes sure no leaks on start up. Hope that makes sense as it can be awkward. Good luck. ?

Ah thanks for your explanation. One last question. On the new filter I linked are no real connectors but it is compatible? Will the hose just connect?

Yes. The pipes will connect to the the filter you have linked. The pipes connect to the small ridges you can see on the tube parts on the filter in the picture.
It is the correct filter.

Ah it worked! The small connector can be removed by just pressing the white plastic and slide it out. The small plastic clip can be transferred to the new filter. Be careful since it looks very fragile. The big connector to the engine can just be removed by pressing and wiggling the two clips on the side. So on my car there where two different style connectors used. Also you can start your car with the red relay at the ecu removed to release the pressure from the pipe since it disables the fuel pump. Maybe some else can use my description. Thanks!
