My mighty Sei in the same spot :D

Got a clean sheet MOT in March for my little Seicento. Done a whopping 637 miles in a year.

During the test, it almost overheated. The electric fan didn’t kick in.

Think the fan has seized, probably because it was stored in a damp garage for a few months :(

Not driven since but was hoping for Brooklands this weekend but not been well enough to clamber underneath.

Taking my 595 instead:)

Cheers,

Simon

Apologies for posting in this thread, tried to start a new one but it just wasn't happening.

I've been looking at adding a Seicento Sporting to the collection and an Abarth Sporting has come on to my radar.
Does anyone have an opinion on how much above the price for a regular Sporting I should be paying for one?

Is it any better a car?

May just mean its had a harder life..

Is this an investment.. toy.. or project ?

My understanding is the only real difference is the gearbox.

It is an itch that needs scratching, I usually buy cars to keep but I do like a bit of Value For Money.
When I started looking for a Panda 4x4 it was nearly a year until I found the right car at the right price, I still can't believe what some people want and its looking like that with Seicento's too, from £200 to £1250 for essentially the same car.
