Ok so I've read the thread about modifying the thermostat to open earlier and then found a post in that thread about a thermostats available from Motorad that when fail, fail in the open position instead of the closed position and that they're available in 71,82 and 88 degree variants.

I've been unable to find a distributor in the UK for these but have found someone who orders Motorad stats for jap drift cars who is due to do an order in 7 weeks.

Does anyone know of a UK distributor who can supply these stats OR is anyone interested in ordering a stat should this guy be able to get them?
