Since sorting the head gasket my little sie idles at 1 and a half k + which is strange considering it used to idle around 1k or just under. Is it just because she hasnt been run for 4 days while work was being carried out on her or is it something ive done wrong?

suggests a vac leak on inlet after the butterfly.. recheck all your vac lines and for leaks around the TB etc

Cheers just had a look and your right one of the vac lines wasnt pushed all the way in.
