(T) 20 £ for security code of MY! car

Hello,

who knows a Fiat garage, that does not charge 20 £ for the release of my security code?
I need it to re-programm the keys after immobiliser problems.
The security peopel apparently only release the code to the dealership, and the dealer ship seems to charge unilaterally.

Please give phone numebr.
