General Seicento Red Key?

make sure it has red key, or haggle :) , on that FAQ it says approx 2000 had red key, mine was '99 no red key, look on key for triangle and 2 if in doubt

is it R or S cause R are rather rare, have only ever seen a few of them around

it little over top on parkers, but they do not include abarth kit, which was a £700+ option (spoiler, skirts, 14" wheels, abarth headrests), it also got an alarm so added bonus :D

fingers crossed it has PAS cause that was an option too :(

what colour is the sporting , hope it yellow :p

i imagine he means that steve, its a good investment :D

would have to check ecu to see if it an easy fit though, soldered chip or not

the alarm should act as some sort of immobilser too, my cheapo alarm wouldnt let me start the car if the alarm wasnt turned off, so cobra should be better, i hope

Gaz, either you have physcic powers or guessed my next question! :)

very easy to fit.

1> Unclip ECU wiring harness. (maybe disconnect the battery first.. i don't)
2> Remove 4 ECU bolts, and push map sensor mounting out the way.
3> Remove ECU, turn it over and cut the seal all the way round. Prise off the bottom plate.
4> Unclip chip holder.
5> Remove old chip (noting which way round it went!), fit new chip.

Refitting is the reverse of the above, kinda :)

It comes with full instructions anyway.

The alarm on it should act as an imobilser as well though as gaz has said. Saying that, i've never needed my red key and i've the battery off for weeks and the engine in bits.

i managed to fit mine in 15 mins, if i can do it anyone can :D

full detailed instructions as arc says, to fit new chip you line up indents, that what i did, maybe it was more luck than judgement
