I know these are just a different resistor but don they make any difference and if so what do they do? Has anyone fitted one and got a good response or have you fitted one and it's been ass?

They're a huge con. They trick your car into thinking its colder so it puts more fuel in. It will destroy your Cat Convertor very quickly

if it anything like the rest of the crap bhp increases on ebay, then its gonna over fuel for all of 50 odd miles before the ecu realises theres a problem and adjusts accordingly

you cannot get a bhp increase with a £6 resisitor, which you can get for a couple of pence from maplins

a quick search will back up what i just said

if you want a bhp increase or better response on the cheap try a mckrich chip, available from a member on here

I wasn't going to buy one, just interested if anyone else had. I reckon it'd **** the emissions test and MPG also as well as screwing the CAT. I just wondered if anyone else had done it.
