Technical Cinq/Sei Springs and Dampers

Does anyone know if they are they same as we are wanting to put my 40 mm spax kit off my cinq onto my brothers sei???

Cinq/sei suspension completely interchangeable, my black sei currently sitting on my old cinqs uprated susp

I thought that would be the case. Don't need to get any differnet bolts or anything then just straight swap??
