Technical Fiat Seicento Tyre Pressure

]Got my MOT coming up.

What tyre pressure does the fiat seicento sporting manual recommend?

The car has 13" alloys running 165/55/13 nankangs. I've read some online sites which are plain wrong. Who knows what the Fiat manual recommends psi?

On 165/55/13's it states 30psi front and rear

I usually run at 32 psi. Spare should be 40 psi give or take.

MOT man is unlikely to worry about tyre pressures unless obviously miles out.

Yea I usually run 31 29. In Ireland the nct (mot) can be very strict. Best to make sure things r spot on.
