Hi now a proud owner of a brilliant little cinquecento that needs a radiator renewal i have manged to undo the bolts on the 65 SX model but cant find the last bolt thats must be somewhere under the offside lamp, any help to locate the bolts / fixings would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

take the bumper of as its much easier. can remeber too well but think there were the 2 brackets on the slam panel only. it needs to be pulled out the way but you may find the top bleed hose(comes out by the screenwash filler)may be stopping it from dropping down

Yes that's it - three pipes; two large ones on the NS and a much smaller fiddly one on the OS. The bracket's below the bonnet catch and is held on by 2 x bolts. This bracket then slides to the NS leaving the radaitor wedged into the lower font panel at the OS. You need to then gently pull the rad to the NS and out. Leave the fan & its bracket on - just dont forget to unplug the electrical fan connector and the electrical connector on the side of the rad (temp sensor).

You can get it out without the bumper off, but it's just as quick (and less fiddly) if you take the bumper off. You'll need to at least partially remove the wheel arch liners as well (my advice completely remove).

Thanks for all the help it is greatly appreciated and I should have the rad out by tonight. The car is a 95 n plate not a 95 engine ( my mistake ) .

I need to do this aswell, mine decided to p*** out water and coolant all over the road, lucky i got breakdown cover :p:p it was greatly welcomed,

However, im wandering if there is any type of upgrade rad that i could buy??

Anything that would cool more ?

Space is tight with the Cinquecento, so a larger rad might be a difficult task,

Any Help will be much appreciated ,

The standard cento rad is fine for normal oeprations ,assuming all other coolant components are in good working conditions!

They are pretty cheap on ebay.
