Just bought this for my 899cc cinq i know that there may be a lil difference when fitting it to my car as it is off a sporting but that can be sorted in its various ways! Anyone have any ideas of EXACTLY what the differerences will be though!?

The only thing is I dont have a welder and so wil probably need to get this done by a garage (was gonna say professionally lol) any ideas of well known garages that wil do a good job but for quite a low price?

OR any garages trusted and good at what they do around Milton Keynes, Northampton, Bedford and Wellingboro!?!?! :D

Cheers guys

I'd have thought just a step down reducer to mate the exhaust onto the 899 front?

doesnt the 899 exhaust take a different route?
Think so, but It cant be that different as I think it uses all the same hangers as the Sporting, but yes, it will need a reduction sleeve

Hi,
Why dont you use the end piece off your current exhaust and have it welded to the new one, as far as I know the sporting centre section is longer than the 899cc, so will have to be cut anyway.
Or you could take it to your local powerflow centre and have them mod it to fit, wouldn't have thought it would cost that much..

Thanks
Paul T

your not doin it lol!

you dont know how to weld lol :p or even own a welder
