I am thinking of buying some hid's for my cinque and I got mixed up on which type do I buy is I the H1, H2, H3, H4, H5 etc ... can someone plz help me out

from forums I am thinking on geting vvme HID's cause from alot of searching I have read that they are recomanded. Thx for the help

I may be wrong, but don't the Cinq headlights need modifying for HID's? The lenses need to be clear, not the normal cinq type?

So the standard factory set headlights are not good for hids u have to buy new ones or u can modify the ones u have ?

Legally HIDs are not to be used in the cinq & sei...

They can be fitted, but you need projector lenses, washer jets blah blah blah.....

If you don't really care, (as most don't)... Just throw in a pair of h4 High / lows...

They wont discriminate where they light up (as in they light everything up, and can annoy oncoming traffic)...

You can get h4-3 which come with a relay you need to wire (which physically moves the HID bulb hi & low)

Or an easier kit to fit is a h4-2 which is again high / low, but HID low beam (norm driving) and then halogen full beam. These are easier to wire as you don't have the additional relay wiring to worry about...

I used to run hids in imola I might have to buy a new set just to **** you off sir :devil:

Well guys I bought the HIDS I am just waiting for them to arrive I will keep you updated on the outcome when I install hem and all

O dear @mep will hiding in a corner .. welcome to EVERY one Flashing you as hids in cinqs are horrible

Lol and people that you sit behind aswell flash their rear foglight aswell lol its almost like a challenge lol, people that used to flash me soon realised hids on full beam were worse then hids on low beam lol, but then again.... I live in the farming capital of britain so there all grumpy as fook anyway

Guys guys do you know of any cheep sound systems that fit perfet in a cinque ? That sound good ? I am not looking to apend much dough !!

If you want good sounds then you need to spend some wonga if you want noise then look for your typical 20quid subs and 30quid amps from the likes of facebook pages and gumtree

my sound system sounds EPIC!!! no need for a sub ,
ive got 4" speekers on the dash , a set of tweeters near the roof on the A piller
set of 6x9s in the rear seat plastics ( made a something to hold them in place that way it uses the whole pannel as a box sounds awsome , Also , Hiden the amp in the spare wheel well

but now im upgradeing the system
