General Downloads on iPhone?

Hey guys.. I see a lot of people saying there are various guides manuals etc on the downloads section.. Trouble is - I can't find this download section on the iPhone app and my laptop is no longer working.. Is it on the app? If so where? I tried searching "downloads" but can't find it

Comrade, bugger all works as intended on the iPhone.

My guess is it's simply not on the app.

Get someone with a computer to download it to the micro SD card?

If you want a workshop manual for a Cinq -just buy a Haynes manual. Not exactly expensive, & it even works in areas of weak internet signal.
As for the Guides they're at the top of this page under 'Guides'
Ditto FAQs.

Aye but I can't see any tabs saying guides or faq's on the iPhone app - hence asking..

Pretty sure they're not on the app.

On my Blackberry you can't see them on the standard browser, but you can if you turn the browser on to PC mode.

You can see them and downloads etc if you switch iphone to pc mode also so OP can do that if they wish

yes even Ann Droid can do that but the experience on a small screen not good

As above really, the app is designed as a cut down way to browse discussion threads on the forum. There are plans to integrate the FAQs, Guides and Classifieds but as these use modules not yet supported by the version of Tapatalk that the app is built on ben is basically having to do it from scratch, and he has a life so don't expect it anytime soon.

As said, if someone makes reference to something that you can't see on the app, open the site in your browser (Safari I presume) and switch to "PC Mode".

Well I use opera mini always in PC mode cause it will maintain dozen of sites with quick switching and is reasonably stable.

but the phone is a real small one and the clucking fund text entry horrible

Must be a generational thing: I'm always delighted that my mobile can do stuff (albeit badly) that my PC or netbook can do. Youngsters seem to expect it.
