I`d say tighten your clutch cable,Mines crunched into reverse for the last week or so and yesterday first and second went completely,so i oredered a new clutch booked it in for a clutch change, then i thought i`ll check the cable i tightened the nut a couple of turns and all is fine .So try that first.
Cheers

Hi,
Yeah, I agreewith AIJ29, the clutch cable on a cinq is manual adjust, has to be adjusted every so many miles, its all layed out in the haynes manual, I think the pedal should travel 110mm..

Thanks

i just pit a new cable on other week and mine been adjusted 4 times since it now not goin into gear again so i can alos be overtight which will kill clutch dunno wheither to nip mine up agaain well see if it nakars even more

from experience, i adjuested it, and then screwed on another 10mm nut so stop the old one rolling back, this seems to have solved it :)

Yeah. I did that too, but Id recommend putting a washer between the two as the adjuster is plastic and not distributing the stress (caused by the lock nut) over a large enough area might cause the plastic bolt's threads to fail...
