is it safe 4 me to reset my ecu by removing my earth wire for 10 mins?

i want to reset it so it gets used to my new air induction kit!

its not runing smooth



so it it safe 4 me 2 do that?
i hav an uncoded radio and nothing else that would need recoding if i did

but its not going to loose my keys ar anything is it?

Try 30 mins....If its not running smooth try taking it for a run, It can take 3-400miles to get used to changes.

Nope, Keycodes are burnt into the ECU once you tell it to use an immobiliser (from factory) and they remain forever.

It'll run rough for a while whilst it gets used to everything...
