I recently had a new clutch cable fitted to me Seicento after my old one snapped. I found that I could not change gears after the new cable was fitted and so had it adjusted and all has been well for the past couple of weeks. But, over the past few days I've noticed that my clutch pedal has become soft/spongy, after driving for about 30 mins or so, and it doesn't spring all the way back to it's normal position. I have no problems changing gears when this happens. Am starting to panic though as I've just spent money having it fully serviced before winter sets in.
Does anyone have any idea what this problem may be? Expensive to repair? Have done some research and found out that it could be things like air in the clutch fluid, failed clutch pressure plate and stuff, but am not sure. Thanks.
