Hi anyone know if there are any cheap coilover kits for cinq sporting?

There isn't any cheap coilover kits as such. Cheapest so far is £300 from poland.

Depending on how cheap your thinking my friend could make you a set.

What is your budget?

There are coilovers that are worth having, and cheap coilovers. There are probably no coilovers that are worth having for road use, and the cheapest coilovers are more expensive and less functional than a good set of lowering springs and quality replacement shocks.

As cheap as possible, as i love how low my car is now, butttttt the prob is the person before me had cut the rear springs & 60mm lowering springs on front

There is no rear adjustable drops as such currently. My friend can only offer front coilovers. If you want a rear drop cheaply then it's a cut and shut jobby which nobody on here will approve of.

I'm not going to promote coilovers as there are too many people on here that don't agree with them for road use.

Really you need to find some new springs pronto. A scrappy would be a good start. You may find that the shocks have suffered as a result, so perhaps start with standard Sei or Cinq Sporting shocks and springs and take it from there.

Has anyone ever tried cutting there own springs? I've got a spare pair of springs and dampers that I'm thinking of cutting up to 40mm off. And opions welcome :/

Cutting springs is always a bad idea.
